We continue to move forward with the Retrospective as we look at a movie NOT directed by Woody Allen but it was certainly written by him and is an adaptation of his own very successful broadway play
Play It Again, Sam (1972) is a romantic comedy about a recently divorced man who must overcome his insecurities and be himself in order to find love.
Starring Woody Allen as Allan Felix, Diane Keaton as Linda Christie, Tony Roberts as Dick Christie and Jerry Lacy as Humphrey Bogart

Let's set sail as we begin proper with our first film in this retrospective
So.. we're taking a look at Woody Allen's first feature film, Take the Money and Run, this tells the story of Virgil Starkwell, a hapless bank robber who is always getting caught. Woody Allen stars with Janet Margolin, Marcel Hillaire, and Jacquelyn Hyde.
